Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Is this pendant suitable for daily wear?

Q: How do I personalize the free back engraving?
A: Simply enter your custom text, name, date, or initials in the personalization order note box at checkout.

Q: Is it packaged ready for gifting?
A: Absolutely. Every order arrives elegantly packaged in our signature magnetic gift box with a velvet pouch.

Care Guide

Store your pendant separately in a dry pouch or box, and wipe it dry after contact with water, sweat, lotion, or perfume.

925 sterling silver naturally oxidizes when it is exposed to moisture and skin contact, which can darken its surface over time. This is normal for real silver and does not affect its quality; a soft silver polishing cloth restores its shine. Plated finishes can gradually wear with daily use, so remove your pendant before swimming or bathing and keep it away from chlorine and harsh chemicals.

If the piece gets wet, rinse gently with clean water and dry it fully before storing or wearing again.
Returns and Custom Orders

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 15 days of delivery. We provide a prepaid return label; a $10 USD return-label fee (or its local equivalent) is deducted from your refund. No separate payment for the label is required.

Customer-personalized or custom-engraved items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This exception does not apply to damaged, defective or incorrect items, including personalization that does not match the approved request. Contact us promptly if there is a problem; we will resolve it at no cost to you. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Exchanges are available for eligible items within the same 15-day return window; applicable exchange shipping costs are paid by the customer. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Love these. The Star is the my favorite Tarot card (plus it's the Tarot card for my Astrology sign) and I love that this one has a cat! Beautiful! Very fast shipping! Thank you!

Repeat purchase. I previously bought a smaller version which, while beautiful, was a little harder to tell the details. I love the smaller one and wear it for "every day" but I prefer the larger one when I want it as an accessory.

The charm/pendant is beautiful and as described. The one disappointment was shipping. I was very surprised at the expected delivery date if it was shipping from Turkey and I'd have been fine with a later expected delivery date if stated. Stating that it's expected to ship by a date and then creating a shipping label which triggers a "shipped" notification when the item is still a week or more out from being handed over to a US shipper seems kind of like "cheating". The notice of "shipped" was received but the tracking number showed it was "awaiting receipt of item" for days so my item was received a week after the last date of the expected range for delivery, per the listing/order.

Great item, love it. Just be honest about shipping times. I found it amazing that the date for delivery was so quick if it was shipping from Turkey. The date was accurate for when it was actually sent out via DHL but my item wasn't received until a week later. Kind of seems like trying to game the system by creating a shipping label so a shipped notice is triggered when it will be DAYS before the shipper (DHL) actually receives the package ship. I'd have been happy with an honest estimate for delivery but seeing the same note for days that the shipper was still waiting for the package was disappointing.
