What materials are your pendants made of?
Our pendants are handcrafted in 14K solid gold and 925 sterling silver. Select designs are also available in gold plated and gold vermeil finishes; the exact material is always stated on the product page.
Is the gold solid gold or plated?
Both options exist. Products titled "14K Solid Gold" are made from solid 14-karat gold, while plated and vermeil alternatives are clearly labeled on each product page.
Do you offer personalized jewelry?
Yes. Many designs can be personalized with names, dates or custom motifs. Available personalization options are shown on each product page.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship internationally, including to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands and Australia.
What is your return policy?

Do your pendants come with a chain?
Many pendants offer chain options at checkout, including a pendant-only "No Chain" choice. Available options are shown on each product page.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Keep your piece dry, avoid perfume and household chemicals, store it separately from other jewelry, and polish it gently with a soft cloth.
