1. Acceptance of Terms Welcome to Luminous Luxury Crafts. By accessing our website (luminousluxurycrafts.com) and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products & Orders All products available on our website are handcrafted and made-to-order. This means production begins only after your order payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Production & Shipping

  • Production Time: As items are made-to-order, please allow approximately 3-5 business days for standard pieces and 4-7 business days for personalized or engraved pieces after your order is confirmed. Production times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, design complexity, material availability, or during public holidays. We will notify you if significant delays are expected.
  • Shipping: Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched using reliable carriers (such as USPS for domestic orders or appropriate international carriers).
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Production time is additional to shipping transit time. Free standard shipping has an estimated transit time of 5–11 business days after dispatch. FedEx Express has an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days after dispatch and is free on orders of $150 USD or more, or the equivalent in your checkout currency. Below that amount, the optional FedEx Express upgrade costs $12 USD or the local-currency equivalent. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier workload, weather or customs clearance. See our Shipping Policy for the applicable service and destination details.
  • Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

4. International Orders, Customs, and VAT

  • General Customs Responsibility: Customs regulations vary significantly by country. Customs charges are allocated according to the destination-specific rules below and the checkout tax breakdown. U.S. and Canada orders are duties paid at every value. The EU €150 and UK £150 amounts are our commercial customs-coverage thresholds. For Australia and other destinations, the existing $150 USD customs-coverage rule below applies. No charge already collected at checkout should be collected twice. Luminous Luxury Crafts has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
  • EU Shipments & IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop):
    • For eligible consignments shipped to the European Union (EU) with a value not exceeding €150 and processed under IOSS, VAT is collected at checkout and the required IOSS information is transmitted securely to the customs declarant. IOSS eligibility and the checkout tax breakdown determine the treatment; IOSS does not remove customs duties.
    • When IOSS is used correctly for eligible orders (up to and including €150), you should not be charged additional import VAT by the carrier upon delivery.
    • Important: This IOSS procedure applies only to VAT for consignments valued up to €150 shipped to the EU.
  • Customs duties by destination:
    • United States: Free standard shipping and customs duties paid by us apply to every U.S. order, regardless of order value. There is no minimum spend and no $150 USD, €150 or £150 customs-coverage threshold for U.S. orders.
    • Canada: Free standard shipping and customs duties and import fees paid by us apply to every Canada order, regardless of order value. There is no minimum spend and no $150 USD, €150 or £150 customs-coverage threshold for Canada orders.
    • European Union (EU): For EU orders up to and including €150, any legally applicable import duties and customs fees are paid by the customer unless already collected at checkout. For eligible consignments processed under IOSS, import VAT collected at checkout is not payable again on delivery. IOSS concerns VAT and does not remove applicable customs duties. For EU orders over €150, customs duties are covered by us. The €150 amount is our commercial customs-coverage threshold; applicable tax and customs rules still govern the shipment.
    • United Kingdom (UK): For UK orders up to and including £150, any legally applicable import duties and customs fees are paid by the customer unless already collected at checkout. For UK orders over £150, customs duties are covered by us. The £150 amount is our commercial coverage threshold, not the UK legal tax or customs threshold; for qualifying goods imported into Great Britain, the relevant statutory threshold is £135. VAT and Northern Ireland rules may differ. Taxes already collected must not be paid twice.
    • Australia and Other Countries: For orders under $150 USD, applicable customs duties and import taxes are paid by the customer. For orders of $150 USD or more, orders are upgraded to FedEx Express with customs duties covered by us.
  • FedEx Express shipping: Free FedEx Express shipping is included on eligible orders of $150 USD or more (or the local-currency equivalent). This is a shipping-price threshold; customs coverage follows the destination-specific rules above. It does not override the EU €150 or UK £150 customs-coverage thresholds, and U.S. and Canada orders remain duties paid at every order value.
  • Customs Delays: Customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase through the available payment methods on our website.
  • Prices displayed may include VAT for eligible EU orders under €150 collected via IOSS at checkout. For other orders, applicable taxes and fees are shown at checkout or payable on import, subject to the destination-specific customs coverage described above. VAT already collected through IOSS at checkout is not charged again on delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Return Requests: You may request a return within 15 calendar days of delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions and exclusions in our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Genuinely personalized goods and qualifying unsealed hygiene goods may be excluded from change-of-mind returns only where law permits. Standard made-to-order items are not automatically personalized. Final Sale labels and discounts do not remove statutory withdrawal or defect rights. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence.
    • Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Please report problems promptly with your order number and photographs when available. Reporting within 15 calendar days helps investigation but does not restrict statutory guarantees or defect claims.   • Full Policy: The Return & Refund Policy controls the full return process, eligibility requirements, return-shipping terms, and exclusions.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luminous Luxury Crafts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the products; (b) any conduct or content of any third party related to the products; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. Any limitation or cap applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability or mandatory consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including statutory guarantees and applicable rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Any jurisdiction provision remains subject to mandatory local rules, including rights to bring proceedings in a competent local court.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes apply to future orders after posting and do not retroactively alter the terms agreed for an existing order or mandatory consumer rights.

Shopify hosting and enhanced services

Shopify hosts our store and processes personal information about your visits and purchases to operate and improve our storefront. We use Shopify Network Intelligence: Shopify combines information from activity on our store with information from interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services, including personalization and advertising. To deliver these services, we share personal information with Shopify and service providers, including third parties in countries other than where you live.

Depending on your U.S. state, you may have the right to opt out of sharing or use of personal information for targeted advertising. Use Your Privacy Choices for our store. You may also contact support@luminousluxurycrafts.com about your privacy rights. Where consent is required, you can withdraw it. The Shopify privacy portal provides information and controls for exercising rights directly with Shopify, including withdrawal of consent or objection to its processing for enhanced services.
