Production and Shipping
Production time: standard made-to-order pendants: 3–5 business days; customer-personalized or custom-engraved orders: 4–7 business days. Production time is additional to shipping transit time.
Shipping method and transit time: orders of $150 USD or more receive free express shipping, with estimated transit of 3–5 business days after dispatch. Orders below $150 USD receive free standard shipping, with estimated transit of 5–11 business days after dispatch. For orders below $150 USD, you may purchase an express shipping upgrade at checkout for estimated transit of 3–5 business days after dispatch. The $150 USD threshold uses the equivalent amount in the checkout currency.
Shipping, taxes, and duties: free standard shipping, applicable taxes, and import duties are included in the displayed product price across our active markets. We cover customs and import charges for United States and Canada orders at every order value, and on FedEx Express orders of $150 USD or more (or €150 / £150 in the EU / UK) as detailed in our Shipping Policy.

Care Guide
Store your pendant separately in a dry pouch or box, and wipe it dry after contact with water, sweat, lotion, or perfume.
925 sterling silver naturally oxidizes when it is exposed to moisture and skin contact, which can darken its surface over time. This is normal for real silver and does not affect its quality; a soft silver polishing cloth restores its shine. Plated finishes can gradually wear with daily use, so remove your pendant before swimming or bathing and keep it away from chlorine and harsh chemicals.
If the piece gets wet, rinse gently with clean water and dry it fully before storing or wearing again.
Returns and Custom Orders
Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 15 days of delivery. We provide a prepaid return label; a $10 USD return-label fee (or its local equivalent) is deducted from your refund. No separate payment for the label is required.
Customer-personalized or custom-engraved items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This exception does not apply to damaged, defective or incorrect items, including personalization that does not match the approved request. Contact us promptly if there is a problem; we will resolve it at no cost to you. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
