925 sterling silver naturally oxidizes when it is exposed to moisture and skin contact, which can darken its surface over time. This is normal for real silver and does not affect its quality; a soft silver polishing cloth restores its shine. Plated finishes can gradually wear with daily use, so remove your pendant before swimming or bathing and keep it away from chlorine and harsh chemicals.
If the piece gets wet, rinse gently with clean water and dry it fully before storing or wearing again.
Returns and Custom Orders
You can return an eligible item within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping is $15 and paid by the customer. Personalized pendants cannot be returned.
Exchanges are available within the same 15 days; shipping costs for an exchange are paid by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or your approved personalization details were not followed, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
