• 925 sterling and all other silver types tarnish in time. So the question is; How can we slow it down?
• Contact with water: Not a great idea. But, it is unlikely to do any lasting damage. Just make sure to dry it after.
• Contact with sweat: Chemicals in our bodily fluids accelerates the tarnish process of sterling silver and may leave colored marks on the skin. The best thing to do is to rinse and dry your jewelry.
• Chemicals in lotions and perfumes can also cause silver jewelry to tarnish.

• Cancellations are only acceptable in the first 8 hours.
• Return option available for 14 days after the delivery.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Shipment fees for returns are the buyer's responsibility

Production and Shipping
Production time: most made-to-order pendants ship in 3-5 business days, while personalized requests may take up to 4-7 business days.
Estimated delivery: USA 7-14 days, UK and Europe 7-12 days, Rest of World 10-18 days.
Customs and duties: U.S. orders are sent with duties covered. For other destinations, any local import charges depend on your country and carrier.
Packaging and tracking: each order is packed for transit protection, and tracking is sent as soon as your order ships.
Care Guide
Store your pendant separately when possible and wipe it dry after contact with water, sweat, lotion, or perfume.
Sterling silver and plated finishes can naturally darken over time, so avoiding chlorine, pools, and harsh chemicals will help preserve the surface longer.
If the piece gets wet, rinse gently with clean water and dry it fully before storing or wearing again.
Returns and Custom Orders
Because each piece is made to order, change-of-mind returns may be limited once production begins, especially for personalized pendants.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or your approved personalization details were not followed, contact us within 30 days and we will help make it right.
