Shipping method and transit time: standard shipping is free worldwide on every order, with no minimum, and takes an estimated 5–11 business days after dispatch. Express shipping takes an estimated 3–5 business days after dispatch and is free on orders of $200 USD or more when checking out in USD, or €200 EUR or more when checking out in EUR. In other checkout currencies, the free-express threshold is the local equivalent of $200 USD. Below the threshold, the optional express upgrade costs USD 12, EUR 10.35, CAD 16.64, AUD 16.78 or GBP 8.87; in other checkout currencies, the USD 12 source rate is converted at checkout. 925 sterling silver naturally oxidizes when it is exposed to moisture and skin contact, which can darken its surface over time. This is normal for real silver and does not affect its quality; a soft silver polishing cloth restores its shine. Plated finishes can gradually wear with daily use, so remove your pendant before swimming or bathing and keep it away from chlorine and harsh chemicals.
If the piece gets wet, rinse gently with clean water and dry it fully before storing or wearing again.
Returns and Custom Orders
Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 15 days of delivery. We provide a prepaid return label; a $10 USD return-label fee (or its local equivalent) is deducted from your refund. No separate payment for the label is required.
Customer-personalized or custom-engraved items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This exception does not apply to damaged, defective or incorrect items, including personalization that does not match the approved request. Contact us promptly if there is a problem; we will resolve it at no cost to you. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
