Production and Shipping
Production time: most made-to-order pendants ship in 3-5 business days, while personalized requests may take up to 4-7 business days.
Estimated delivery: USA 7-14 days, UK and Europe 7-12 days, Rest of World 10-18 days.
Customs and duties: U.S. orders are sent with duties covered. For other destinations, any local import charges depend on your country and carrier.
